Fenwick “Fen” How is responsible for identifying and developing the processes linking Circon’s strategic objectives to the Company’s project management and operations teams. By precisely and efficiently coordinating implementation, Fen ensures that strategic business plans are successfully executed.
Prior to Circon, Fen was Senior Vice President for the Technology and Fuels Procurement / Logistics business units at Navasota Energy. He also served as Founder and CEO at Trifield Exploration & Production and is credited with the exploration, definition, and systematic development of over 500,000 acres of oil and gas minerals, successfully applying technology and generating value that was previously unrecognized. Mr. How has participated in O&G asset acquisitions and divestitures in excess of $2.5B.
A Nationally Registered Licensed Paramedic, Fen enjoys fly fishing, riding motorcycles, tinkering with anything mechanical, and solving problems.
Married to his wife Sandra for 19 years, Mr. How is an active community supporter of The American Heart Association, St. Jude’s, Hope Foundation, Montgomery County Youth Services and Meals on Wheels.
